The solution is built on a modern and scalable cloud-agnostic microservices based architecture. Big Data and Resource Planning for the Dairy Industry
Dairy Data Warehouse (DDW) partnered with Trivium (formerly Sycade) to develop the KODA platform, a scalable analytis resource planning system for the dairy industry. This cloud-based platform integrates complex data requirements and interfaces with edge systems within farms. Trivium’s multidisciplinary team created a robust environment with advanced logging and validation systems and comprehensive reporting tools for dairy farmers.
IoT Analytics Apps for Siemens Rail
Siemens’ MindSphere Application Center for Rail uses complex streams of mobility-related data for predictive maintenance and optimized train operations. Trivium is a partner for application development for the Railigent Application suite. The dashboard applications provide intuitive visual analytics of information gathered and inferred from historical data of switches and other parts of the rail infrastructure. The solutions are AWS-Cloud based and use various techniques and open-source frameworks for analysis and visualization of complex data.
Remote Service for Caterpillar Plant Control Systems
Trivium is a software development partner realizing parts of an access solution of Caterpillar Energy Solutions’ plant control system. This provides Caterpillar customers with the advantages of remote access, monitoring and maintenance of their plants in a secure manner via the internet. The solution being developed by Trivium manages plant users and authorization levels and enables interaction with the control system through a client available for on-site access and remotely from multiple end devices, incl. laptops and mobile devices.
Apps for Measurement and Machine Control
Leica Geosystems is a world market leader in the area of measurement and survey systems. Trivium has supported the development of highly specialized applications for mobile devices that control theodolites, total stations and GPS antennae. The partnership also extends to the development of applications for machine control and autonomous operation of construction equipment, paving machines, road rollers, etc. The software has been built on C++ and Qt, and works across multiple hardware platforms.
Product configuration and order entry for ZEISS Vision Care
Lens configuration and order entry are key parts of ZEISS Vision Care’s core processes. Trivium is supporting the development of the ZEISS VISUSTORE software for its customer care centres. The project follows ZEISS’ highly refined Scrum-based agile development process. The solution is built on an Angular / Java technology stack utilizing an Azure DevOps infrastructure.

Vadain, a leading producer of custom curtains, partnered with Trivium (formerly Sycade) to tackle the challenge of detecting fabric defects early in production. Manual inspections were inefficient and prone to errors. Trivium developed an advanced machine vision system, collaborating with Omron for the automation platform and Eisenkolb for modifying inspection machines. Vadain now benefits from a streamlined workflow and a robust system that ensures flawless curtains for their customers.

EVORA Global is a leading provider of ESG software and advisory services, which helps real estate investors make informed, sustainable investment decisions. Through multiple agile teams, Trivium supports EVORA’s growth through consulting, design and software development services. As a leading semiconductor manufacturer, NXP is constantly optimizing its processes for Trust Provisioning, which involves writing of keys and other sensitive data onto its devices. Trivium provides management consulting services and develops MIS and analytics software to optimize the trust provisioning process at NXP. The software projects utilize various technologies, including PowerBI, .NET/C# and Collabnet.
Data Integration for QuantiParts
QuantiParts, an OEM supplier for classic Wärtsilä engines, partnered with Trivium (formerly Sycade) to enhance their Product Dashboard, which consolidates product data and technical documentation. The challenge was to integrate SAP data into this system while adhering to Wärtsilä’s strict data policies. The collaboration resulted in a reliable Product Dashboard that supports critical operations and offers a comprehensive view of parts.
eBanking products for UniCredit Bank
Trivium has been a key development partner of the Global Transaction Banking division of Unicredit for several years, developing and supporting its flagship products in eBanking, Payments and Cash Management. These products are installed at multiple sites all over Europe and enable millions of sensitive payments to be securely carried out by Unicredit’s corporate customers. Consulting and Software Development for Deutsche Telekom
Trivium provides consulting and software development services to Deutsche Telekom across multiple domains. Trivium has been a consulting partner of Deutsche Telekom right from the inception of the T-Home set of products, covering project management, software architecture and requirements management for the IPTV project. Ongoing engagements include the development of a Service Availability Reporting and Diagnosis system for the provisioning and maintenance processes of T-Home products (IPTV, VoIP, SAT) as well as a Web Radio Management application. The software is primarily developed on the Java / Oracle stack.
Direct Banking Portal for B2B customers
Trivium provides business analysis and consulting services for eBase, a member bank of the Commerzbank Group, for the further development of a B2B portal for account management and investment services. The online portal with a complex business logic consolidates several legacy applications. In short release cycles, new digital services and financial products are integrated and extended in the portal, which is used by financial consultants and end customers. Trivium supports the definition of processes, architecture and documentation of the portal as well as requirements engineering. In addition, Trivium plays a coordinating role in project and requirements management.
