Who we are
Trivium was founded in 2007 with the idea of creating a team of technology enthusiasts who are uniquely positioned to build enterprise-grade solutions and products for customers in the German-speaking Europe. After several years of organic growth, we strengthened our value proposition in 2014 with the establishment of our subsidiary in Munich and further with the strategic acquisition of akm software GmbH in 2016. Through the acquisition, Trivium grew by 20 employees in Munich bringing in more than 25 years of experience in the IT Industry. The acquisition added competences in functional areas such as Payments, Smart Cards, Telecommunication, Internet of Things and IT Security, and a strong customer base of several international corporations based out of Germany and Switzerland.
Today, we are a team of over 100 employees with several long-standing customers across business sectors. These include large corporations as well as several mid-sized companies and start-ups. Trivium has offices in Munich and Bangalore, providing our customers the optimal combination of cultural understanding, competitiveness and scalability for software development projects. Our management team with a profound intercultural experience is based across these two locations, which puts us in a unique position to offer our customers an integrated and aligned approach for distributed software development.

Trivium Social Responsibility
Trivium Rotary Primary School
Social Responsibility has always been a priority at Trivium. Over the years, we have launched several initiatives aimed at making a positive contribution towards social challenges. In 2017, we focused our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts towards adopting and transforming a primary school in Gollahalli, a village about 70 km from Bangalore. The rural school, which has 90 children going to classes 1 to 7, has been completely renovated and equipped by Trivium with new class rooms, modern toilets, desks, play equipment, kitchen and clean drinking water. The new infrastructure was inaugurated in November 2017 and the children can now enjoy and benefit from the vastly upgraded facilities.
Trivium employees are engaged with the children, the staff and the village. Recently, employees of Trivium organized a 'Day Out' in Bangalore to 45 children of this school with a visit to the city’s planetarium, a health and eye check-up and a fun crafts program at our office.
In the meanwhile, as a continuation of our engagement with the village, Trivium sponsored the renovation and upgradation of the Government run pre-school (Anganwadi) for one to five year old kids of the village. Parents can now leave their children in good care when they go out to work in the fields. The ‘Happy Anganwadi’ was inaugurated on the 8th of July, 2018
