Trivium Hackathon: Unleashing the Power of AI for Industry

On November 15th, we brought innovation to life. Six teams at three locations developed AI-based prototypes under time pressure. The results were impressive. After just one working day, mixed teams from Bangalore, Munich and Zwolle developed various use cases.

A day full of creativity and teamwork. Naturally, a lot of coffee was consumed and pizza was eaten. The result: solving real challenges in industry with AI-supported prototypes. From LLM-supported machine vision to a product assistant for maintenance and automated product configuration, prototypes were developed.

Collaboration Week Bangalore

This November, we brought our entire Bangalore team together with seven representatives from our offices in Germany and the Netherlands for an extraordinary week of interaction and engagement. We had in deep discussions about key projects and our goals for 2025, spoke about Generative AI and scalable architectures at our "tech talks".

Based on the "Culture Map" written by Erin Meyer, we spoke about how to work together even more efficient in our international teams, despite our cultural differences. Our annual company party Jashn'e Trivium took place filled with joy, dancing, live music and awards for our best newcomer and employees.

Last but not least, we had a cricket tournament, where at least the one or the other European colleague discovered new talents. A productive, interesting week filled with celebration and good memories ended too quickly.

Trivium Day "Collaborating across Cultures"

“Collaborating across Cultures” was the theme of this year’s Trivium Day. Team members from over 12 different countries work together Trivium eSolutions in high-impact global teams for international customers. Together, we used the “Culture Map” as a framework for understanding different work cultures in global teams and discussed how they apply to projects at Trivium and in our customers’ organizations.

We certainly love the mountains at Trivium: Last year we spent our Trivium Day on the Zugspitze, this year we enjoyed the spectacular view of the Watzmann mountain in Berchtesgaden. From the “Top of Germany” our journey took us to the depths of the Bad Reichenhall salt mines where we were immersed in the fascinating world of salt extraction.
