Sales Representative (Software Sales)

We are looking for a results-oriented Junior/Medior Sales Representative with experience in lead generation. In this role you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling via various channels (multi-thread). You will approach potential customers and build a valuable sales pipeline, after which your colleagues will take over the inbound calls and further follow-up.
What You'll Do:
- Active lead generation through cold calling via various channels (multi-thread)
- Working with our CRM system to follow up on leads and contacts
- Reporting on the results achieved and identifying opportunities
What You Bring to the Table:
- Junior/medium level with proven experience in lead generation through cold calling
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Close)
- High affinity for IT and digitalization/automation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, results-oriented and entrepreneurial attitude
- Flexibility and the ability to work in an informal, dynamic team environment

Qualifications & Benefits:
- Relevant training and certifications are a plus
- Current certifications and training in sales and CRM (e.g. sales methodology training) are also a plus

- Salary in line with the market: approx. € 3500 gross per month on a full-time basis (depending on experience)
