Our team in Munich consists of IT consultants and software development experts who work in close proximity with our customers in the DACH region, either at our customer’s location or in our office in Munich-Unterhaching.   • Munich office: Project Lead and Software Architect

    Trivium is hiring a technical project lead and software architect for its Munich office.

    You will be part of our software development team and responsible for the development of complex applications for customers in fields as diverse as the Internet of Things and Digitalization in the Financial Services industry. Our teams are international: based out of our office in Munich-Unterhaching as well as at our state-of-the art development center in Bangalore.

    Your role will include:

    • Analysis of customer requirements
    • Creation of solution concepts and software architectures
    • Building and developing customer relationships
    • Leading international, geographically distributed teams
    • Leading and actively participating in software implementation
    • Managing roll-out and support of applications within the customer organization

    Required Qualifications:

    As a software architect at Trivium you have a degree in computer science or a comparable subject. You enjoy working in a team with a highly motivated team with an international mindset and an open culture. You have a deep understanding of agile software development and quality management. Ideally, you have gathered several years of experience (7+ years) in the area of software development and have developed into the role of a technical project lead and / or software architect. You are used to working in independently and have a structured approach to problem solving.

    In particular, following qualifications are key:

    • Software architecture and design
    • Agile Software Development, e.g. SCRUM
    • Project lead / management of mid to large software development projects
    • Development of enterprise applications in more than one technology stack (e.g. Java, .NET, Front-End technologies like AngularJS, mobile technologies)

    Many of our projects are based out of our office in Munich-Unterhaching or at customer sites in the greater Munich area. However, we do have engagements that are outside of Munich, so you should be ready to travel for projects as required.

  • Technical Lead – Java UI (Job Code-J015)
    • M.Tech / B.E / B. Tech (in EE/CS) / MCA.
    • Overall 7-10 years of experience with strong JEE and UI skills is required.
    • Must have minimum of 4+ years of experience in designing and developing web applications using Java technology.
    • Need to have experience in major Java web application, JSF, Primefaces, Spring frameworks and major ORMs (Hibernate).
    • Should have contributed towards the technical solutions for 1-2 years.
    • Team experience including structured source code management using SVN and build using MAVEN is required.
    • Experience in deploying enterprise applications to at least one popular JEE platform is essential.
  • Technical Lead – Dot Net (Job Code-J016)
    • M.Tech / B.E / B. Tech (in EE/CS) / MCA.
    • 5-7 years of industry experience, must have at least 2+ years of hands on experience with Web application development using ASP.NET 3.5 and windows desktop application development using C#.NET.
    • Hands on experience with ADO.NET, Entity Framework, XML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery is mandatory.
    • In depth knowledge of .NET Framework libraries and components.
    • Good understanding of the OOPs concepts and design modules by applying the best practices is required.
    • Working Experience in Master Pages, User Controls, WCF and RESTful Web Services is required.
    • Experience in IIS, Deployment methodologies is mandatory.
  • AngularJS Developer - (Job Code-J020)
    • M. Tech / B.E / B. Tech (in EE/CS) / MCA
    • Overall 1- 3 years of strong experience in Angular JS.
    • Need to be proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript libraries.
    • Good understanding of the MVVM architectural pattern and experience in Unit testing is required.
  • AngularJS- Java Developer (Job Code-J021)
    • M.Tech / B.E / B. Tech (in EE/CS) / MCA.
    • Overall 3-6 years of relevant experience in core java.
    • Must have 1+ years of experience in AngularJS.

    We are looking for an experienced and versatile Scrum Master, who aspires to be an Agile Coach and believes in his/her ability to transform the organization into software driven responsive enterprise.

    Overall Experience: 8-12 years

    Agile Experience: 2-4 years
    Work Location: Bangalore; teams distributed across Bangalore and Munich.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    This person will play a key role in the agile transformation of the company. He/she should

    1. Implement Agile across the organization:
      1. Identify the right agile adoption strategy for the team.
      2. Be Scrum Master for, coach & mentor one or more teams.
      3. Create agile mind-set and culture for sustainable agile transformation.
      4. Implement engineering practices and help improve quality standards.
      5. Work closely with the teams and facilitate the scrum events, roles, artefacts.
      6. Work closely with other Scrum Masters on overall organizational agile transformation.
    2. Increase awareness on and introduce engineering practices – clean code, TDD, code refactoring, pair programming / testing.
    3. Coach and mentor new and existing teams on being cross-functional and self-organized to reach their highest potential, through servant leadership.
    4. Coach and educate the Product Owner in visioning, road mapping, managing and continuous refinement of product backlog, interaction with team on setting goals for release / sprint.
    5. Understand agile metrics and reporting techniques, help teams adopt appropriate Information Radiators to show progress of all work.



    • Overall experience of 8-12 years in software – in any of the roles like development, testing.
    • 2-4 years of experience in software development projects adhering to an agile process, with at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
    • Demonstrated experience with organizational agile transformation.
    • Have thorough understanding and experience in Scrum Framework and, preferably, understanding of other agile frameworks such as XP, Kanban, ScrumBan etc.
    • Experience with collaboration and project management tools e.g. Confluence, JIRA.
    • Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment.
    • Good facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels.
    • Self-motivated driver able to make progress despite obstacles.
    • Able to facilitate Scrum of Scrums as needed.
    • Able to work closely work with leadership and stakeholders in making the agile project successful.
    • Able to drive / contribute to organizational initiatives like COPs, knowledge sharing sessions etc.
